The Team Life Sciences Companies Call When It Matters Most
100+ Clients Across Pharma, Biotech, Medical Device, and Cell & Gene Therapy, FDA inspections, Warning Letters, Submissions, Quality Systems, and The Situations Where Getting it Wrong is Not An Option

Who We Are
Life sciences companies come to MEDVACON when the stakes are high and the margin for error is small. An FDA inspection with gaps that need to close. A Warning Letter with a deadline running. A submission that has to be right. A quality system that cannot keep up with where the business is headed.
We have worked through every one of those situations with 100+ clients across pharma, biotech, medical device, and gene therapy. A certified Minority Business Enterprise and Small Business Enterprise based in Sparta, NJ. Founded in 2012 and built entirely around one thing: getting our clients through the moments that matter most.
JOE TOSCANO – PRESIDENT
Joe Toscano is the founder of MEDVACON, a quality, compliance, validation, and consulting firm serving pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, cell and gene therapy, and manufacturing organizations.
With more than 35 years of experience across executive leadership, operations, finance, entrepreneurship, consulting, and regulated business growth, Joe brings a practical, results-focused perspective to complex business and compliance challenges. His background includes senior leadership roles with Fortune 50 and Fortune 100 companies, as well as entrepreneurial and growth-focused organizations where structure, accountability, execution, and measurable outcomes are essential.
Since founding MEDVACON in 2012, Joe has led the company’s work across highly regulated life sciences environments, helping clients strengthen quality systems, prepare for FDA inspections, address compliance gaps, support validation initiatives, manage CAPA and remediation efforts, and improve oversight of CDMOs, CMOs, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
Joe believes quality and compliance are not separate from business performance. They are central to how strong organizations protect patients, safeguard product integrity, reduce risk, improve execution, and create long-term value.
His focus is on helping organizations bring the right structure, leadership, discipline, and expertise to complex regulated environments so they can move forward with confidence.
OUR TEAM
MEDVACON’s strength comes from the combined experience of its client-facing consultants and its internal team. Our consultants are senior life sciences professionals with deep experience across quality, compliance, validation, regulatory support, manufacturing, operations, remediation, inspection readiness, and supplier oversight. Many have held executive, functional leadership, and hands-on operational roles inside regulated organizations, bringing the judgment that comes from being accountable for the work, not just advising from the outside.
Behind that consulting expertise is a dedicated internal team that supports the business, clients, consultants, and long-term growth of MEDVACON. Our internal employees bring experience across recruitment, accounting, marketing, business development, client support, operations, and administration. Their work helps ensure that MEDVACON can identify the right talent, support client needs, manage engagements effectively, maintain strong business discipline, and continue building trusted relationships across the life sciences industry.
Together, MEDVACON’s consultants and internal team provide the structure, responsiveness, and practical execution our clients rely on. When organizations engage MEDVACON, they gain access not only to experienced technical professionals, but to a coordinated team focused on delivering the right expertise, clear communication, and work that is done correctly, efficiently, and with accountability.
